          Techneering is what men and women have naturally been doing for thousands of years.  People have been using their imaginations and practical reasoning to find creative solutions to their problems.  They have used their minds to create art, music and entertaining stories.  When working together, great works of mankind have been achieved.  One of the greatest achievements of mankind is the passing on of knowledge to each successive generation.
          The intellectual treasures of mankind came about because of men and women who chose to do more with their minds than just survive.  That is the God given spirit that lifts mankind up from an animal existence to become explorers of the universe.
